HWLJ is committed to advancing feminist perspectives and promoting scholarship in issues of concern common to all woman while also recognizing the unique concerns of communities that traditionally have been denied a voice, such as individuals of under-represented populations.  This year’s symposium is a very special one, as it celebrates 30 years of HWLJ breaking barriers in law school by publishing articles that need to be heard.  We are also pleased to welcome two of HWLJ’s founders as attendees and speakers. These founders will share the story of their drive and fight to make HWLJ possible.
