Leonard Carder, LLP, with offices in San Francisco and Oakland, is looking for attorneys with 0-
5+ years’ experience/interest in union labor, employment and employee benefits law, and with a
demonstrated commitment to the goals of workers’ rights and the labor movement. Ideal
candidates should have strong research, writing and analytical skills, as well as the ability to
work effectively with unions and workers.

For more than 80 years, Leonard Carder has aided unions and workers involved in some of the
most memorable labor struggles on the West Coast and has championed workers’ rights in
precedent-setting litigation. We represent local and international labor unions and employee
benefit plans, as well as representing employees in class actions, individual workers’ rights
cases, and law reform litigation.

The salary range for associate attorneys is between $83,000 and $133,000 annually, depending
on bar passage and experience. Associate attorneys are also eligible for annual bonuses.To
