The Sacramento Office of Administrative Hearings is currently recruiting for well-qualified, diverse candidates who share our mission of providing due process in a neutral forum. An Administrative Law Judge with the Office of Administrative Hearings is a unique position within state service. The ALJs preside over quasi-judicial hearings regarding renewal, suspension, or revocation of licenses, state supports and benefits, and other matters referred to OAH, and prepare final or proposed decisions on a statutory timeline.
