About the Position: We are currently looking for an intelligent, hard-working and self-motivated attorney with five to eight years of experience to join our Eminent Domain & Inverse Condemnation Practice Group in our San Diego, Los Angeles or Oakland office.
Qualified candidates must have excellent academic credentials, outstanding analytical capabilities, superior research and writing skills, a strong work ethic, a proven ability to work in teams and an interest in building a practice. Candidates must possess significant experience with discovery, including e-discovery and law and motion practice. Public entity and eminent domain experience is preferred but not mandatory. This position affords an opportunity for a motivated and qualified associate to gain significant litigation and trial experience on a wide array of public entity-related land acquisition issues throughout California.
