The Law Offices of Amy Oppenheimer is hiring both for attorney and non-attorney positions. The office investigates harassment, bullying and discrimination at work and in schools.
The office is looking for:
An attorney – new or experienced. Knowledge of employment law is helpful and excellent writing skills are a must. Needs California bar.
An admin person who will do intake, client contact, social media and file updating. Good people and computer skills are needed.
A writer/editor – The writer will be writing in a journalistic style, not legal. This person could be located anywhere.
All jobs work remotely but post-Covid the attorney position will involve some travel within California.
What We Do: We investigate harassment, bullying and discrimination at work and in schools. We have many sexual harassment complaints, many in school settings, and are also experiencing a huge uptick in race cases in the aftermath of George Floyd’s murder and the racial justice movement that has sprung from that.
Who We Are: We have a diverse group of attorneys and we are always interested in adding to our diversity. We especially need people who care about civil rights, can work independently and love to write.
