Big Law Must Report Pay Data Broken Down by Race and Gender

A Federal Judge, in response to a suit filed by the National Women’s Law Center among others, revived an Obama-era rule that requires larger companies (over 100 employees)  to report workers’ pay data broken down by gender and race,  This means that Big Law will have to report pay data broken down my race and gender.  The responsive information on the EEO -1 form must be filed by September 30, 2019.
